We ship internationally with FedEx/UPS from our workshop in Vienna directly to your door. 

To receive your order in time for Christmas, please place it no later than the dates below. Orders placed by these dates and shipped via Express will arrive before Christmas.

We cover all duties and taxes — no hidden fees or surprises at delivery.

Holiday Returns Extension: Orders placed in December 2025 can be returned unused, unembossed, and unopened through January 31, 2026. Standard exclusions apply.

Depending on where you live, there are different ways we can deliver your order through FedEx/UPS.  

We cover custom duties and extra VAT for many countries, so you generally won't face extra import fees or taxes. Please note, exclusions apply for the following countries: Qatar & Uganda.

If you choose Express Delivery, we will fulfill your order on the same day - just make sure you place it before midday Vienna (CET) time. You'll receive your order within 1 - 3 business days. 

If you live in Vienna, you can of course choose to pick-up your order at la maison on Sonnenfelsgasse 3, 1010 Vienna.

Once your order is prepared and ready to ship, depending on your location you will receive your parcel in:

Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship to the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Brazil, Canary Islands, Costa Rica, French Polynesia, Georgia, Guam, Guernsey, Iraq, Isle of Man, Mongolia, North Macedonia, Russia, and Turkey.

Delivery delays

Please note that any delays in delivery time are beyond our control. These delays are usually resolved by FedEx/UPS. Your order contains full tracking so you will always see at which stage of its journey your parcel is at.

If you choose the Express delivery option, you cannot change your order after you have placed it.

Returns and exchanges

We accept the return of unused, unembossed and unopened products within 14 days after delivery. If you wish to return an order it must be done so using your own postage method and at your own cost. We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel. Please contact us at wecare@paper-republic.com to coordinate a return.

The following items are excluded from returns:
Embossed products are customised products and therefore are not available for exchange or return and are a final sale. The same applies to any bundles or starter kits which include an embossed product: the entire bundle or starter kit are excluded from exchange or return.

It is not possible to exchange or return any individual item from within a bundle or essential kit – you can only return an entire bundle or essential kit, provided that no item is embossed, opened or used.
